2. Attach importance to team building and cultivate excellent teachers

The strength and weakness of teachers directly affect the teaching level of the school. Over the past year, our school has paid attention to the construction of the teaching staff. First of all, it strengthened the supervision of teachers' professional ethics, carried out the study of teachers' political business, and continued to deepen the cultivation of teachers' morality. In the teaching team, there are more or less some problems. Some teachers are cheerful, and they want to be transferred out, so they are not interested in teaching. Therefore, after a year of in-depth conversations with school leaders, individual ideological education has been carried out, so that individual teachers can establish a correct outlook on life and values, clearly shoulder responsibilities, and truly be a teacher and teach others. We also encourage teachers to learn by themselves and provide teachers with various learning opportunities, so that young teachers can quickly become teaching backbones and subject leaders.

In terms of teacher management, the school implements the management system for teachers, adheres to the attendance system, and directly links attendance to performance-based wages, which eliminates the lack of students in the previous class and teachers going out for entertainment and leisure, chatting and laughing during working hours. The implementation of this system has resulted in the emergence of a large number of teachers who are dedicated to their jobs and take the school as their home.

3. Strengthen moral education and build a civilized school spirit

Moral education is the first of the five education. This school year, our school has established a leading group for moral education, specially formulated a school moral education work plan, and carried out a series of activities for moral education.

Fourth, pay close attention to education and teaching.

Teaching is the central work of the school. We improve the quality of teaching and cultivate students' interest in learning by focusing on teaching research, teaching reform and teaching routines. At the beginning of the semester, we held a meeting of the leaders of the teaching and research group to jointly agree on the activities of the teaching and research group in a semester, and implement the activities.

1. Actively carry out teaching and research activities. All teachers participate in lectures and seminars and exchanges, and explore solutions to problems in teaching, which really plays a role in teaching and research.

2. Teaching routine is the criterion for teachers to carry out daily teaching work. A good management system is an important guarantee for us to implement curriculum reform and improve teaching quality smoothly. Therefore, we always do a good job and focus on the following tasks:

(1) Strictly follow the "New Curriculum Setting Plan", open and complete, teach every course well, do not increase or decrease at will, and strictly prohibit language and mathematics from occupying arts and sports. Each subject will be assessed at the end of the term and the results will be submitted to the Academic Affairs Office;

(2) Do a good job in the management of student status;

(3) Further standardize and strengthen the routine inspection of teaching. In this academic year, the Academic Affairs Office conducts a regular teaching inspection at the end of each month. Different grades and different subjects have different requirements. Before each inspection, the teaching office proposes various routine workloads and requires teachers to complete various routine tasks in a quality and quantity. After each inspection, the Office of Academic Affairs praised the excellent, pointed out the deficiencies, and put forward rectification opinions face to face for the problems existing in the inspection of lesson plans and homework corrections, so as to truly serve the teachers and students;

(4) Taking students as the center, standardizing learning behavior and focusing on the standardized education of students. From the basic civilized behavior of students, the training to develop education, focus on discipline, focus on routine, and focus on behavior. This school year, we paid close attention to the students' early reading and self-study, and the evaluation of the class teacher and the civilized class, and the effect was very good;
