2、教研活动促发展

教研活动是提高教师教育教学水平的平台。在活动中,我们力求让教师在活动中发展。

(1)教研活动主题明确。在开展教研活动之前,我们制定了活动计划,落实了活动主题:如何培养学生答题能力? 在教研活动中,力求从小做起,解决教学和考试中的纯问题,让教师从每一个活动中受益,学生从教师的活动中受益。

(2)正常活动促进发展。教室走廊、办公室等都是老师交流的地方。教学中出现的问题随时讨论,实践中的问题随时解决。之前单元教学,找重点抓单元训练点,单元测试后总结单元教学得失,查漏补缺……灵活的交流讨论,促进教学质量的提升。

三、务实的团队

我们班的老师们始终以热忱投入教学,以无私的心对待每一个学生,尤其是他们对课堂的热情和对后进生的辅导,真的让我很佩服。

1、认真备课,踏踏实实走好每一步

面对新的课程,我们所有的团队成员齐心协力商讨教案,努力准备好每一节中文课的教案,并根据实际情况准备复习和反思。并继续向六年级教研组请教,取长补短,共同探索新课程教学改革的方向。教研组组长已制定本学期工作计划,随时询问教学进度。

2、师生互动激活学生思维

一、坚持培养良好的学习习惯和态度
