3、Do a good job of after-school tutoring

Primary school students love to be active and playful, lack the ability to control themselves, and often cannot complete their homework on time in their studies. The whole work is carried out in the study guidance of students. At the same time, we must do a good job of tutoring and helping students in their studies, especially in the transformation of underachievers. For underachievers, we should start with friendliness and start with praise, so that everyone can be understood and respected by others. For simple questions in class, I often encourage underachievers to bravely raise their hands to answer, and then ask the whole class to applaud and congratulate them to enhance their self-confidence. When assigning homework, I often reduce the difficulty, so that students at different levels can make progress.

4、 Actively participate in class listening and commenting

In teaching, I cherish every opportunity to go out to listen to classes and learn from experienced teachers their valuable teaching experience. In March of this year, I was fortunate to go to XX to observe the 2009 XX primary school English national teacher's new curriculum reform classroom teaching demonstration class. This time, I learned a lot of the latest concepts in primary school English teaching, and let me see it. At the level of primary school English classes, I have seen the continuous development of primary school English. What is even more commendable is the integration of disciplines.
