虽然我在工作中尽了最大的努力，但还是有一些地方做得不够好，比如每节课的设计不够完善，课堂活动形式单一，课堂气氛不活泼等。为此，我将在下学期做好以下几点：

1、每堂课都力求采用多媒体教学，多与同班老师交流，班级设计多样化新颖，注重听、说、读，加强口语练习和应用。

2、review阶段，由于review的内容涉及到六年级三、四、五、的内容，内容比较多，处理上还有一些不足内容。比如五、6级的内容应该是主要内容，三、四级的内容应该根据学生的能力来选择（对于大多数学生来说，三、四级的内容相对简单，可以处理）。 五、六年级的单词和句型是最重要的，内容太多了，不可能面面俱到。但是，此时教师应该发挥应有的作用。理顺学生的知识结构，例如将句型分类更有条理。

此外，英语作为语言的交际性也不能为了应付考试而被忽视。应尽可能兼顾听、说、读、写，以充分体现这套教材的教学目的。同时，听力和口语是学生英语学习中最有趣的部分。因此，在复习阶段，值得利用听说活动来持续培养学生的学习兴趣，让复习课的沉闷变得生动活泼。
