一、指南:
本学期着眼于课程改革,努力提高课堂教学水平;着力教师专业建设,大力提高教师专业素质;注重评价改革,切实加强教学质量监控;以教育科研为重点,切实提高校本教研水平。通过教学观摩、校本培训、项目研究、校本课程开发等,引导教师积极学习先进的教育教学理论,了解和把握当前教育教学的新趋势,提高校本教学水平通过校本教研和科研管理水平和校本教研质量,不断提升学校办学理念和办学水平。
二、总体目标:
1.通过开展校本教研,教师可以领悟教育理念,更新教育观念,树立科学的教育价值观和现代教育理念,解决教师在教学中遇到的问题或困惑,让教师熟悉新课程标准与各学科的联系,增强教师对课堂的掌控能力,促进教师专业发展。

三、总体思路:
突出一个中心,实现两个转变,推动三个提升,实现五个结合。一中心:教师专业水平的不断提高是中心。两个变化:教育观念和教学行为的变化。三个提升:教师课堂教学能力的提升、教研水平和科研能力的提升。五结合:学习与交流结合、教研与科研结合、学习与评价结合、教育理论与教学实践结合、突破与进步结合。
四、校本教研形式
建立以“自我反省、同伴互助”为核心要素,“理论学习、集体备课、
主题教研、反思交流”等活动是校本教研的基本形式。
①小组备课:每两周举办一次小组备课活动。主备教师应提前两天将教案发给其他教师。其他教师应认真阅读教案,提出更正意见,并在课前讨论交流,进一步完善教案设计。
②反思与沟通:通过上一阶段的教案,对实际教学中遇到的问题或困惑进行反思与沟通,促进教师与同行之间的对话,注重“以老带新,以强带弱者”,鼓励教师大胆发表意见 各抒己见,促进教师共同进步。
