教资面试与教案撰写流程总结

面试流程：

1.签到抽题

2.备课写教案（20分钟）

3.回答抽到的2个问题，5分钟之内（结构化面试）

4.试讲（10分钟之内）

新课导入——讲授新课——巩固练习——课堂小结——作业布置

5.答辩（5分钟之内）

如果是教师的负面事件：家校矛盾；如果是学生的事件：加强家校合作

考察频率排序：

阅读课、语法课、听说课、词汇课、语音课、写作课；语法：name,form,usage 阅读：main idea, details, words（1-2个）

题本分析：1. 先分析再写

2. 20分钟：3（想）+10（写）+7（记）

3. 3分钟：看题目、要求、内容

PPP模式：presentation：呈现-探究-讲解practice：封闭式练习（机械的，填空改错等）

production：成果教案总结与反思怎么写教案总结与反思怎么写，巩固提升

PWP模式：pre-task：任务前：准备学习（头脑/知识）while-task：任务中：技能训练（input）

post-task：任务后：巩固提升（output）
