Difficulties or challenges that may be faced in the process of achieving goals: I know that teaching tasks are arduous in the front line of teaching. In addition to preparing lessons, writing lesson plans, and correcting homework, teaching activities take up a lot of my time. Online training It’s a bit difficult to study in the whole time, but I also understand that as a front-line teacher, you should study hard and learn for life, otherwise you can’t keep up with the requirements of the times and you can’t complete the education and teaching tasks well. For me The difficulties faced are not only tight time and busy work, but the school’s information equipment cannot satisfy every teacher’s learning.
