这里的常识是指一些浅显的，学生不需要教师的帮助才能独立完成的，所以在设计学案时，教师应该对学情作充分的知道，对学生自学已经无法把握的，教师以检查、自学成果展现等方式认识自学状况。 （二）自学中学生看到的疑难问题、疑惑的地方，及教案中的重难点是学生互动的重点。 对学生在自学中看到的困惑、疑惑的知识点，教师对教情需要有所把控，知道什么通过学生的探讨、交流，以兵教兵的方式可以缓解的，哪些问题必须教师讲背景、讲策略、讲原则、讲变式，讲规律的。 四、学习过程的设计跟掌控 科学有序地设计学习的步骤和学习方法的鼓励这是学案设计的重要部分。在学案的实践跟推广过程中，笔者总结出了六步自学法，来培养教师良好的自学习惯跟行之有效的自学方式。 （一）标。学生自学的第一步，就是标明文章的自然段的序号，为中间的交流、讨论、讲解做准备。 （二）圈。学生在初步阅读课本时，用圆圈本课的生生字，短语，能根据上下文解释的 解释，不能的查找工具书解决。 （三）点。学生在阅读中，发现的重点段落、长短句，用着重号把他们点回来，分析两者在语句中或文中的作用、含义，学生可以借鉴学案中知识点讲解部分，探究清楚问题。 （四）勾。学生在阅读中用横线勾画出文中优美的、写作、口语交际中实用的句子、句型或词句，熟记它，或是摘录在读书笔记本上，或在书上旁批，仿写。 随着信息化和全球化的演进，国家及地区之间的商贸也已作为推动一国经济的三驾马车之一，甚至是三驾马车之首，奥巴马政府成立之日起
