中文摘要中文摘要 当今社会已进入科学技术发展日新月异、知识更新日益加快的信息时代。以“知识教育”为核心的教育模式，日益暴露出其不适应时代要求的局限性。学校教育应该向提高学生思维能力、培养学生创新精神的教育模式转变。因此高中化学喷泉实验，代表当今教学发展方向的发展性教学理论越来越受到重视。近十年，问题教学作为发展性教学理论的主流，己经成为国际教学改革的热点。 本文对高中化学课堂实施“问题教学”进行了理论和实践研究。文章阐述了问题教学的发展历史， 国内外的研究成果， 对问题教学的概念界定及理论依据进行了综述；结合化学学科的特点，讨论了化学问题的设计策略；在高中课堂实践“问题教学”的基础上，对问题的提问策略进行了研究，对培养学生的问题意识进行了探索。在高一年级进行了高中化学课堂实施 “问题教学” 的研究与实践的实证研究， 研究结果表明： 1．用编制的问卷首次调查时，高一新生的化学课以听为主，不太提出问题或偶尔提出问题，对化学学习兴趣不浓。2．经过 10 个月的实践研究，再做与 1 同样的调查，学生对化学学习兴趣明显增加高中化学喷泉实验，能主动发表自己的一些看法或提出一些问题； 3．经过 10 个月的实践研究,实验班学生在对思维要求较高的Ⅱ卷上得分有明显优势。

The traditional knowledge education pattern discovers its inelasticity and limitation. The schooling mode should convert into the subjective education pattern, which is in the core of fostering students' thought ability and creativity.
