本单元继续学习谈论过去的事件,所以本节课通过多媒体课件展示图片,创设情境,让学生对各种周末活动有感观的认识;通过同伴之间编写、演练对话来操练句型和巩固新单词;通过听录音并记录所听到的信息来巩固单词和句型,通过小组活动,让学生大胆展示,学习掌握新单词和句型:camp,lake,beach,badminton,sheep,as,natural,butterfly,visitor,tired,stay,stay up late;

—What did you do last weekend?

—Well,on Saturday morning,I played badminton.

—Who visited her grandma?

—Becky did.

第二课时是Section A的一个小结课,为了使课堂教学更吸引学生,课前需要精心准备,制作多媒体课件,将要复习的内容用课件展示,同时通过小组合作竞赛来激活课堂,将课堂内容设计成一个个任务,让学生通过完成任务得到奖励来获得学习的快乐。

第三课时通过一系列的听说活动,让学生学习掌握重点单词“fly,kite,fly a kite”和重点句子“Did you do anything interesting last weekend? Not really,but I visited my sister.”。

新课标要求词不离句,所以在处理1a的拓展词汇教学中,要根据学生真实的周末活动,创设真实的情境,结合本单元所学功能句对新单词进行学习;

在1a-1c的听力训练中,要引导学生听前浏览所给词汇,听中学会捕捉关键词;听前浏览对话,预测未知信息,听中速记关键词,听后复核的学习策略;通过阅读表格,找出需补全的文字信息,确定考查点,增强听音的目的性。

第四课时时一节阅读课,读前先引导学生完成2a的小组活动,即谈论自己有时候会害怕某种动物,通过2b提供的图片,预测语篇大意。读中,利用课本中提供的“阅读回答问题”的任务活动对学生进行有目的的阅读训练,引导学生通过关键词,在信息所在文段进行“scanning”,完成课后问题的回答,让学生带着2c的任务,采用合作阅读的方式再读文本,根据学生的回答,在大屏幕上呈现问题答案的完整信息,这也是突破重点单词和功能句的途径之一。

通过小组讨论,提取出文章的框架结构,形成篇章结构示意图,这样学生不仅学知识,更重要的是能形成有效的阅读学习策略。最后借助回答问题的答案内容对2b文章内容进行复述。在阅读的过程中初中英语教案下载,教师应鼓励学生自主学习发现问题,在自学的基础上进行小组合作,解决疑难。

Step 1 : Warming up

Introduce the new topic: summer vacation.

Ask students questions based on a given picture.

Lead the students to talk about their own vacation plans.

Write some of their plans on the blackboard and discuss them.

Step 2 : Presentation

Open the book, listen to the tape and finish part one and part two.At the same time, deal with the connected vocabulary and get students to learn to use them.

Step 3 : Discussion

Ask several students about their vacation plans in detail Give students some time to ask questions that they don’t understand.

Step 4: Pair work

Get students to make conversations with their partners about their future plans.

As they are talking, teacher moves around the classroom to check their work and offer language assistance as needed.

Step 5: Act out

Getting groups to act out their conversation before class.

Step 6: Teacher emphasizes the use of difficult points
