(1)The principal in charge of sports work: should clarify the school sports work regulations and sports work in school

The importance and particularity of school work, clarify the annual work plan and focus of the sports group, participate in the work meeting of the sports teaching and research group, check the physical education class and sports work at any time, and put forward opinions and suggestions.

(2)School Academic Affairs Office: Strictly follow the rules of human activity and venue capacity, arrange classes scientifically, and strictly control the phenomenon of teachers adjusting classes by themselves. The Academic Affairs Office should have the right to inspect teachers’ lesson plans and Keep records for reference in year-end teacher evaluations.

(3)School Physical Education Teaching and Research Team Leader: Make a plan and take the lead in implementing the plan, organize a weekly teaching and research team meeting, understand the work of each lesson preparation team, and strictly manage it. If necessary, you can also have a special discussion at the teaching and research group meeting to form a consensus, and make a record and conduct research with the lesson preparation team leader to form a unique school-based curriculum.

(4)Sports equipment custodian: learn about the recent teaching materials of teachers, provide teaching equipment in the classroom and provide schools with the purchase of insufficient equipment. @>, there should also be a general booking form for the school's physical education classes and the "Registration Form for Main Textbooks and Equipment for this Semester" by physical education teachers (see table 三). This can reduce the randomness of physical education teachers in class.

B, management and monitoring are divided from time to time

It can be divided into daily, weekly/monthly, semester/year management monitoring.

(1)Daily management and monitoring: Under the decision of the teaching and research group meeting, the lesson preparation team leader is in charge of the content and organization of the two lessons, two exercises and two activities, and will report the work to the group at the next week’s teaching and research group meeting, and put forward opinions If there is any overlap in use, please fill in the "Site Use Allocation Table" (Note: It depends on the situation of each school site).

(2)Weekly/monthly management and monitoring: The teaching and research team leader is responsible for implementing the work plan of the teaching and research team and the work of each lesson preparation team, checking the physical education class and various activities, and cooperating with the lesson preparation team leader to adjust work ideas and daily activities Content and organizational work, report the work situation to the sports principal in charge, and put forward management suggestions.

(3)Semester and annual management monitoring: the principal in charge of sports work will take full care of the school’s sports work, use the time of the teaching and research group to review teachers’ teaching plans, and take time to watch physical education classes and sports activities, and study with the sports teaching and research group leader School sports work and fully support the sports team.

2、The opening rate of physical education classes:

Our school's physical education classes are strictly in accordance with the regulations of the State Education Commission: two classes (physical education classes), two exercises (radio exercises, eye exercises), and two activities (physical exercise classes, physical activity classes) are arranged every week. The following plans have also been formulated for platooning PE lessons

1)According to the law of human biological rhythm, the peak period of human activity is generally between 9:00 am—11:00 am and 3:00 pm—5:00 pm. According to the law and school practice, the physical education class will be placed in the fifth period of 四、 in the morning; the first to third periods in the afternoon.

2)According to the technical rules of physical activity and the Education Committee's requirement for students to have one hour of physical activity a day, it is recommended that there be a number of days between classes, between physical exercise classes, and between activity classes.

3)Under the conditions of our school's existing venues and equipment, it is advisable to arrange a maximum of 3-4 classes for each physical education class, so as to facilitate teaching efficiency and teaching observation and inspection work.

4)Physical fitness classes can be scheduled for the fourth 三、 class in the afternoon, but must not conflict with the normal physical education class time.

四、Specific requirements for extracurricular sports activities and extracurricular training management

(一)Extracurricular sports:

1、Morning exercise:

In each period, physical education teachers are arranged to cooperate with the resident administrators to organize students to exercise in the morning. Physical education teachers should organize and communicate with each other, and try to rationalize and standardize the organization of morning exercises as much as possible.例如：
