3、以听力和评估讲座为平台,促进教师在交流中成长。
回顾上学期的工作,收获颇丰,例如:李顺老师在市九年级复习会上做专题讲座,学生反映数学竞赛频频成功,集体上课的有效机制准备工作越来越完善。但也存在很多问题,例如:学生对数学学习的兴趣有待提高,如何提高学生的整体数学知识水平仍然是我们的一大课题。总之,教育改革和教学研究是教育发展的永恒主题。我们将在今后的教学工作中大胆探索和创新,使我们的教学科研工作更上一层楼。
初中数学教研组5活动总结
忙碌的学期又要结束了。回顾本学期的教研工作,数学组在学校和教务处的正确领导下,按照开学时的工作计划,把握教学节奏,精心组织“讲稿。”该模式的实践,精心开展教研活动,深入开展教学研究,更新教育教学理念,努力提高课堂教学效率,收到了良好的效果。现将本学期的工作总结如下:
一、在业务和理论学习上下功夫,努力更新教育教学理念
理论学习结合大众学习与自主学习,专题学习与问题讨论相结合,认真学习《数学课程标准》、《课程标准解读》等理论书籍,学习新概念,贯彻新课程标准,拓展视野,更新理念,提升自身素质。在11月13日的教研活动中,组织全体教师学习了《初中数学“导稿”教学下学生的准备策略》,对我们实施《初中数学》起到了很好的指导作用。讲稿”教学模式。本学期,组织全体教师参加2015年国培计划,认真聆听专家讲课,认真书写学习心得。所有教师均合格及以上。

三、用心开展教学科研活动
本学期围绕课堂教学研究(电子白板应用)、课题研究、学生活动等主要材料开展了一系列教研活动。
