一、指导思想。

在邓小××理论和“三个代表”重要思想指导下，认真贯彻党的××精神，积极推进基础教育改革，确立了创建市级示范小学的目标。今年教学工作重点确定为：以新课改为突破口，转变教育观念，加强课堂教学和教学日常管理，强化质量意识，积极开展课题研究，努力推进课程改革，新教材内容结合我校学生的实际情况，以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为目标，灵活扎实做好教与学实践活动，树立名师，培养优秀学生，建设示范学校。

二、主要工作。

1、 努力实施新课程改革，把课程转变为核心，影响学校整体教学改革，提高全体教职工的课程改革意识，抓好阶段性总结实施课程改革，努力打造课程改革实施示范学校。

2、弘扬教研作风，做好现有科研和教研课题的实验研究，同时做好教学科研成果的推广和运用。已完成的实验成果，组织教师立足课堂发展，面向学生，服务于实际的校本教学和教学研究，努力建设学习型教师组织。

3、探索常规教学改革。以作文教学、教学能力培养、英语口语交流等为突破口，加强教师落实课程改革“立体”目标，有效提高教学质量。

4、 加强校本培训，加快校本课程发展。在培训中，理论学习与基本技能训练有机结合，信息技术掌握与课堂教学实践相结合，问题发现与教学反思相结合。使培训工作制度化、内容化、科学化。

三、具体工作。

1、加强师资培训，转变观念跟上新课程，不断提高专业素质。

在新形式的课程改革下，我们重视培养，着力加强师资队伍建设，制定符合素质教育要求的教师发展目标，转变教育思维，提高教育教学能力，树立“以人为本，以人为本”的现代教育理念，提升教师的综合素质。
