In the past tenure, I gradually transformed into a teacher who can have his own unique methods in moral education management. I have felt a lot and achieved good results.

In actual work, one is to adhere to the principle of "looking at the big and starting from the small" to carry out moral education work. Guide students to soberly recognize their starting point and position among their peers, help them build self-confidence, and encourage students to clarify their goals. Everyone has a goal and a motto. Encourage students to participate in school clubs. Activities, etc., build high-quality self-quality, so that students can cultivate a strong sense of responsibility and a strong desire for success under the influence of these atmospheres.

The second is to strengthen the cooperation and communication with the counselors and teachers, and keep in mind the principle of "not only teaching, but also educating people" in the work, so as to understand the students deeply. Work with counselors and teachers to tap the potential of students in non-intellectual factors, and effectively guide students in ideology, help students in learning, care about students in life, and inspire students' motivation on the way forward. Fourth, the education of underdeveloped students has always adhered to a principle, that is, the first is to be moved with affection and always be the first, and then to know the reason. In my own practice, I am deeply impressed by the students in the two classes of computer science. When I took over this class, half of the students in the class were in a state of failing English. I used the above patience and methods to cooperate. After the hard work of the students, I finally reduced the number of students who failed in the 20xx mid-term exams to a normal state. My confidence in my heart has also doubled and my educational philosophy has been strengthened.
