这学期开学不久，我们教研组就举行了汉语拼音的评课活动，但在坚持理论学习，扎实开展集体备课上研究课和进行课题研究的同时，我们教研组还需注重组织教师对自己的教学经验进行总结、反思，积极撰写论文上下下功夫。

9、努力的方向：

反思我们教研组的工作，虽然取得了一些成绩，但也还存在着很多不足，在今后的教研组工作中我们还应把工作做得更细更实，要善于发现我们日常教学中的问题，更要想办法利用集体的力量进行矫正，促进各方面工作效率的提高。要学会善于总结取长补短。
