其中升学、出国、参军、指令性就业、暂无就业需求的除外。二、发放标准和方法求职津贴按元人的标准发放用于补助贫困生求职过程中发生的成本。求职津贴申报和领取严格遵守诚实申领、公正受理、科学管理、公开透明、专款专用的方法。三、申报办法精品文档符合上述条件的特困生须向所在院校递交本人书面申请、生源所在县公安部门核准的低保证或工会出具的《特困职工证》、扶贫办出具的特困证明及相关证明材料并具体填写《山东省贫困家庭学校结业生求职津贴申领表》。特困生由所在大学确定比例不得少于当初毕业生人数的。各大学要根据省教育厅、省民政厅《关于认真做好我省高等院校家庭经济困难学生认定工作的指导意见》认真做好初审工作。初审合格的特困生须实行适当手段在一定范围内公示。公示无异议后以率先文件方式按非师范类和师范类分别报送省人事厅、省教育厅审核。其中年底非师范类毕业生生源审核时各大学申报并列入省数据库的特困生可不再公示本次初审确定后只申报特困生名单和《申请表》。四、申报阶段时间安排月日月日为申请、填表阶段。符合条件的特困生到所在学校结业生就业工作部门提出申请递交相关证明材料并核对《申请表。月日月日为审核、公示阶段。各学校认真核实办理者相关材料审核后在校内一定范围内公示。
