吉林农业大学 动物科学技术学院

张东鸣，二级教授，博士生导师，日本九州大学博士，现任吉林农业大学教务处处长，水生生物学学科带头人，兼任全国农业推广研究生教执委会委员、全国高等农业教育研究会常务理事、教育部高等教育教学评估中心评估专家、吉林省职业教育指导委员会副主任委员、吉林省高等教育学会特聘专家等职。上世纪80年代开始，就职于吉林农业大学，是吉林农业大学水产养殖学专业创始人，主要从事水生生物学及水生生物营养与饲料学的教学和科研工作。90年代中期，先后在荷兰、匈牙利及日本等国家留学深造，2006年在日本九州大学获得博士学位。20多年来一直致力于L-肉碱对水生动物营养调控方面的研究，主持完成科研项目10余项，其中国家自然基金项目1项。在国内外期刊上发表学术和教改论文100余篇，其中SCI论文9篇，其成果已处于国际前沿。指导博士研究生5名，硕士研究生23名，留学生1名。先后被评为新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选，吉林省拔尖创新人才，享受国务院特殊津贴，曾获得省科教兴农一等奖1项、省教学成果一等奖1项，省教育科学优秀成果三等奖1项。

承担水产养殖学专业本科生的《池塘养鱼学》、《水产养殖专业外语》，硕士生的《科技论文写作》、《水产动物增养殖学》、《现代渔业技术》等课程的主讲任务。
