I have a dream today!

我今天怀有一个梦。

漫天纷飞的谣言永无休止，有一天黑人儿童能够和白人儿童兄弟姐妹般地携手并行。美国、英国、法国及苏联于1990年9月12日签署《最终解决德国问题条约》后，放弃根据投降条款的权力，德国重新取得完整主权，使德国得于同年10月3日统一，前东德地区的5个联邦州重新建立，被称作新联邦州。一般是指马来西亚(中国人所说的大马)一省或一个州的最高行政长官的称呼，相当于中国一个省的省长，或美国的一个州长，不同的是大马拿有权调动一省内的任何民政或行政的官员，甚至有权力调动辖区下的军队，因为在马来西亚是实行联邦制的，总理是国家最高的行政，民政，军政领导人相当君主制国家的首相，但大家并不知，在马来西亚国家元首并不是总理，而是苏丹(即国王)因为马来西亚曾是英国的殖民地，在体制建立上它照跟英联邦的做法，但又有不同之处，英王是世袭，而大马苏丹就不是，在马来西亚有三个联邦，分别是马来亚，沙巴，沙捞越，而这三个联邦下又共分设十三个州，正如马来西亚国旗上十三条蓝白相间的条纹，而这十三个州分别从本州的拿督继承者中或现任拿督中的推举一人作为后选人，而苏丹就是从这十三个州之中的拿督或拿督继承者中诞生，所以拿督在马来西亚就是贵族，而苏丹虽不世袭，但都是来自同一个大家族的。

我今天怀有一个梦。

我梦想有一天，深谷弥合，高山夷平，歧路化坦途，曲径成通衢，上帝的光华再现，普天下生灵共谒。

This is our hope, and this is the faith that I go back to the South with. With this faith, we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith, we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this faith, we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day.
