目标Objective

学习季节的相关词汇和句型,了解季节的特点,学生自己写一篇四季的短文Reading and writing about the four seasons.

目标词汇Target Vocabulary

spring, summer, autumn, winter, warm, hot, cool, cold, picnic, beach, walk, snow, yellow, red, blue, green, orange, purple.

目标句型Target Language

Materials

Picture books about seasons, Four Seasons worksheet, The Seasons Song and so on.

活动Activities

第1次课

可以带学生实地考察“Field Trip”,去公园,去农贸市场观察季节的特点和相关的蔬菜水果。

第2次课

使用之前文章中提到的回声和合声阅读“Echo and Choral Reading”,

使用以下问题对学生提问,针对不同水平的学生,注意使用脚手架教学法。

What do birds do in the spring? What can you do in the spring?

Why don’t you need a hat in spring?

What is the weather like in summer? What can you do in summer?

Why can you swim all day in summer?

What happens in autumn? What is another word for autumn?

Why is autumn sometimes called fall?

What do you need in winter? What can you see and play in when it is winter?

Why do you need a hat, coat and boots in winter?

If you could have only one season all year, which one would you choose and why?

What will you miss about the other seasons?

第3次课

使用单词银行Word Bank Cards,让学生将与四季对应的单词“存入”对应的“春”,“夏”,“秋”,“冬”四个“银行”。

准备4个篮子,春用粉色标签,夏用绿色标签,秋用红色标签,冬用白色标签。

warm, hot, cool, cold, picnic, flower, beach, snow, pumpkin, peach, watermelon, maple, ice-skating.

使用单词填空(下面是示例,初级水平大的学生难度需要降低)

第4次课

使用头脑风暴,帮助学生进行写作的准备。
